Review:
Beauty Tour de Force American theater. Sam Mendes shows marked a good start on the web of characters that American Dream yearn to own - but, in the end, only one character reaches the raw in it.Having luck actually seen just recently, I could not help , but a comparison: Both films center around a microcosm of society in which all people, in their own unique way, we all succeed or just lucky. But here the similarities end: the characters go about happiness self-realization process by which they are increasingly aware of their meaningless existence, and continue to wallow in their own depravity. Happiness shows no signs of redemption; although beauty is in the audience of America has a sense of hope, salvation, while great characters endure a similar fate, or more accurately, their the occupation, is trapped.The central character of a person is the center = time, the father Lester, Kevin Spacey was impeccable. It is presented to us as a bit of a loser who conquered figure playing at home and at work. Ined RFE looks unhappy life where he was treated badly by his wife and daughter and his boss at work. Seemingly beyond redemption, Lester changed from enacting a loser.Mendes transformation very well: it shows Lester's relief Cosana pushed up against the backdrop of anger hick. The early scenes are well balanced, the formation of a steady rhythm of a TV commercial-like vignettes proved very amusing, if time disturbing. As shown in the film Lester: My life is like a commercial. And that rings true: as luck, all the characters hidden beneath the veneer of normalcy and decency, they still print, but the opposite: depressed, depraved and desperate.Lesters wife, played by Annette Benning, the most character driven success in the story that his late; most hopeless in tone films moral conviction. In order to be successful in life one needs to project the appearance of success is the maxim of real estate king, Buddy King. It is a term that echoes the film: a soldier Bennings, life is all about keeping up appearances. While at the same time one can struggle in tagging the film with the label feels good, that's the beauty of what American beauty that sits half-way between a desperate cry for help and a positive sense of happiness and a filled the theater at its best.
