Review:
Donnie Darko is a type of movie that gives the audience any type of material that promotes hard to think and rethink even more difficult. After the movie ends, it is almost impossible to keep myself from thinking of every possible way to interpret such a film. He was not quite surreal and full of unusual stupidity, its more like a set of events that seem to make sense on one level, with no sense on another level, and finally, the meaning of a different level. The film acts as an illusion Whats really going on, it is almost pleasant distracting.Our main character, Donnie Darko, a boy suffering from sleep walking, and now what seems nonsense. He manages to escape certain death by a man dressed as a rabbit. It also tells a twisted rabbit Donnie that the world will come to an end within a month. This provoked curiosity and fear Donny, who also has every other aspect of life of teenagers worry about. The film continues with a sense of teen movie style horror, and the plot is suitable for imagination. End of the film is the part that will make you want to watch it again. You will think that you have found what actually happens after the first time, to prove you wrong on the second time, and will sit and watch all the possible details for the third time. Richard Kelly has created a cult classic, and maybe something more than that. Very well written with believable characters speak plausibly dialogue.Ill be the first to admit, this movie is not for everyone. People will either love or despise him with all your heart. I thoroughly enjoyed this film and would recommend it to anyone who has a taste for black humor and a desire to put the pieces of the puzzle together again and again, after the movie ended. 10/10
