Review:
I was able to catch a screening of Superbad last night in New York, and I was very happy with the film. I'm sure most of them would compare it to American Pie as a comedy, but it is much more than that. There was a moment of shock value, but done very well tip the scales funnier gross.It a teen movie, so Superbads story, obviously, the main one. His performance 3 friend (Seth, Evan and Fogell McLovin), to really make it effective. I'm a big fan of Michael Cera thanks to the brilliant TV series Arrested Development, and other supporters were delighted to see her equally hilarious performance as Evan. Film persuaded sexual temptation and gross to appeal to the American audience Pie and reasonable period of time and acting refer to the slow development of the viewer. What was really shocking to me is the treatment of (platonic) relationship Evan and Seth are. In addition, Fogell McLovin, is an absolute brake delight.The the only negative thing I noticed was a bit drawn out toward the middle, but it does pick up. Overall a great time and can only be a success at the box office. Teen comedy Bad dime a dozen, but Superbad is a brilliant golden egg!
